This is a full -time job

Director, content development role is a pivotal team member of our content development team. This role is assigned to shoot (when necessary) and edit the content of the short model for digital/social distribution. This person must excel in a fast -paced environment and be able to balance multiple projects simultaneously. The right person will use his creative vision through multiple social platforms for the artist and to help create convincing video content that is improved for short models and leads to the discovery of the artist and consumption.

What will you do:
• Production and editing short videos. Production of short videos of short models via vertical formatting channels (i.e. Tiktok, IG), including paid media campaigns content.
Creating creative content ideas. Develop and create short -modified content ideas during flying that are involved and improved in Tiktok, IG and Shorts Youtube rollers.
Create animation. Design and create animated graphic origins for social media, intended pages and DSPS.
• Shooting on social content. Be ready to photograph social content, primarily using a phone but also with other equipment, especially when artists are on the site or when there are immediate opportunities for social media to capture.
• Monitor social media trends. Keep aware of social media trends, tools, applications and standards to measure the effect and effectiveness of different types of content.
• Managing multiple projects. Successful managing many projects with interrelated final dates, including project management and communication with stakeholders to collect and implement comments.

Who are you:

Technical competencies
• Create and edit content: efficiency in filming video and short -quality video clips, in addition to editing them using programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop.
• SME content experience: deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in a short vertical content, especially for platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram Bends and YouTube Shorts.
• Social media platforms: experience in various social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), including algorithms, trends and best practices.

Domestic competencies
Creativity and innovation: a strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box to produce original and attractive content.
• Communication skills: written and pronounced communication skills to transmit messages clearly and effectively.
• Time Management and Organization: The ability to manage multiple projects at one time, fulfill the final dates, and stay organized.
• The ability to adapt and light educational movement: openness to comments, the desire to learn new skills, and the ability to adapt to quickly changing social media trends and techniques.
