About the role:

This role helps to push research that seeks to discover new knowledge in order to transform the lives of people who live with the most common type of arthritis, osteoporosis. We are looking for an experienced researcher in each of the management of the medical laboratory sample and clinical research to join the DR Fiona Watt research group on osteoporosis. This research focuses on those who suffer from osteoporosis in an earlier stage and analyze factors, including signs of protein inside the joint, in order to determine the vital indicators of the risk of osteoporosis. This knowledge is essential for successful work in future clinical trials in the region, which is another axis of the group.

The role is supported in exchange for financing arthritis.

What will you do?:

It will provide a critical service, linking the clinic and the laboratory, responsible for a set of activities facing the patient and the laboratory. You will coordinate an examination and obtain an informed written approval from the participants, as well as the relevant acquisition, processing, storing and using their biological samples and clinical data associated with them for morally approved studies. You will participate in the broader research program for our group, working closely with others in a broader multidisciplinary team to do so. The full -time role on the site/in a person working, and you will be ready to travel to local sites and on their occasions outside the normal working hours.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and enthusiastic person, with appropriate knowledge, training and experience in both biomedical laboratories and clinical research, and working with human research data and samples. You will be a very organized and effective individual with a strong interest in detail and it is excellent communication, and works comfortably in various settings and with a group of people. You will be very reliable, able to work independently, as part of a team, plan your business, and define its priorities, indicating a creative approach to solving problems.
