About the role

Are you ready to form the summer, winter and entertainment story? As the director of the program – the academic programs portfolio – summer, winter and entertainment programs, you will deliver bright minds, pioneering researchers and curious learners from all over the world. You will flourish in the institution, but you also see the biggest picture: How to design the wonderful program to raise curiosity, cooperation in fuel, and make science and scholarships within the reach of the new fans

What will you do?

In this role, you will work with academics and international partners to form and provide programs of the highest quality. Leadership and teacher of a dedicated team, ensuring their support, motives and empowerment. Management of budgets and contracts with Ain Harda on the details. Flexibility is the key, and the fixed hand will be behind the scenes and make sure that all the details are smooth

• An experiment installed in employee management and the ability to motivate, support and develop a team.
• Experience in working with academic summer programs and management and development – a reward if it is within higher education.
• Analytical mentality with practical experience in financial planning and budget management.

More information

This role is part of the Professional Development Team and Summer Programs at the Empress Institute in London for expanded learning. It plays a major role in the design, delivery and management of a variety of initiatives-including summer and winter schools, hosted programs, open and designated courses, and delicate effects. The role is supervised by the Empire schools in the summer and winter, ensuring that learners enjoy attractive and high -quality educational experiences. He coordinates programs, supports academic and administrative teams, and enhances meaningful links between participants, academics and industry.

This is a full -time published on the South Kinsington campus.
