De Shaw Group is seeking a producer manager to join the estimated technology team to lead the design and launch of innovative trading, financial analysis, and artificial intelligence products. This team works with the company’s estimated investment groups to create products that help push the company’s growth. What you will do daily:

As director of the products, you will participate with the final users and business leaders from multiple investment teams, as well as a team of software developers and designers, to determine products that drive work and efficiency goals. You will perform the discovery work to understand the user’s needs, clarify ideas in mysterious problems, and depict solutions while playing a major role in determining where the abilities of artificial intelligence can be used strategically. You will be responsible for defining the opportunities that are in line with the company’s goals, creating product requirements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the launch, adoption and impact of successful products. Over time, it is expected to develop a deep understanding of the company’s companies, products, operations, technical initiatives and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, along with three to six years of relevant work experience.
• Product management experience is preferred to finance, and the AI ​​products management experience is preferred.
• Excellent and verbal communication skills, effective to translate the needs of non -technical users into the requirements of the product, and to judge a high level of estimated authority with secret information.

• The expected annual basic salary for this position is $ 185,000 to $ 230,000.
