The De Shaw group seeks a productive director to join the risk technology team. This individual will lead to the design of the user -focused products and processes to meet the needs of the company’s advanced risk management company. What you will do daily:

In this role, you will participate with risk analysts, quantitative researchers and software developers to determine and present projects that are in line with strategic goals. You will understand work needs, identify technical requirements, open projects, and visualize effective solutions. In addition, it will give priority to the producer’s road maps and support for current applications, with a great contribution to the various initiatives within the group and through the company.

Who we are looking for:

• Candidates should get a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least five years of relevant experience and evidence of progressive responsibilities throughout their career.
• An experiment is needed with product management and attention to the development of internal programs.
• It is preferable to manage risk management in financial institutions, financial modeling and risk standards. Experience in web -based portal development languages ​​and programming like Python are plus.
• Excellent and pronounced communication skills, and the mentality of custom customer service, and the ability to exercise discretion with intellectual property are necessary.
• Preparing for diving in the details, the ability to cooperate effectively with his colleagues and stakeholders, and a busy record in managing complex projects from the beginning to completion.

• The expected annual basic salary for this position is $ 185,000 to $ 230,000.
