This is a research project held at the Digital Manufacturing Laboratory led by Professor Charlie Wang. The project aims at Kerneel arithmetic to create an improved structure and tools for added manufacturing with the help of a robot with dormally changed material accumulation trends. This research will be conducted at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Manchester, and it is funded by the University of Manchester and the UK’s Engineering and Physical Research Council (EPSRC).

The general purpose of the job

The role of the post -PhD research partner is to develop a new algorithm and a new formulation to generate an improved process, tool surveying and machinery movement, with manufacturing restrictions. The candidate should obtain a doctorate in mechanical engineering / manufacturing and a strong research record in digital manufacturing, engineering processing, smart mechanic, or robots. Excellent skills are expected to be expected in C ++ (or Python), and the manufacture of mathematics with the help of robot.
