We are in an exciting growth path and we are looking for a file Strategic and Creative Marketing Director To lead our marketing efforts, push the existence of the global brand, and generate demand in the main markets. This is a high -level role that works directly with our CEO, as it provides an opportunity to make a great impact and growth to become a major leadership with the expansion of its scope.

What will you do?

The ownership of all aspects of the marketing strategy will take certainty, implementation and measurement. The main areas include:

Demand and growth generation

– Development and implementation of multi -channel campaigns (incoming, external, ppc, e -mail, social) to generate qualified threads.

– Improving our marketing automation (Hubspot) to increase the transfer and return on investment.

Create and create care programs to transfer expectations by repression.

– perform A/B tests and experiments to improve the campaign’s performance continuously.

Brand leadership and content

– The Upon brand via the web, product, social sites and external parties (LinkedIn, G2, Capterara, etc.).

– Lead Content Strategy- Development of Rich Blogs, White Papers, Status Studies, Web Seminars, and Intellectual Communication Assets.

– A partner with sales, products and customer success to ensure messages compatible with customer needs and work objectives.

– Managing and Development of our library for marketing, videos, and design assets (Canva).

Digital marketing and analyzes

Supervising the management of the web site (WordPress), while ensuring that it improves the generation of bullets and senior economic officials.

Managing PPC campaigns and paid advertising budgets for the maximum return on investment.

– Tracking, analyzing and providing major performance indicators (traffic, expected customers, transfers, return on investment) with practical recommendations.

Conducting competing research and market to inform the strategy and sites.

Leadership and events of thought

– Planning, promotion, and providing seminars on the web to involve expectations and build a brand authority.

– Supporting speaking links, guest articles, and conference participation.

Cultivation and management of customer reviews across the main platforms.

What we are looking for

– 5 years of the progressive marketing experience B2B Saas, perfectly in high -growth environments.

– Experience installed in internal marketing/export, senior economic officials/SEM, content creation, PPC, and lead generation.

– Practical experience with WordPress, Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Manager and Canva.

– A strong analytical mentality and the ability to translate data into viable visions.

Excellent communication and cooperation skills with leadership.

Entrepreneurship, self -start with the drive to take over ownership and provide results.

The bonus points of the experience with tools such as immediately, Apollo, Neverbound, JotForm, or Elfsight.
