A prominent entertainment law company seeks to obtain full -time entertainment. The ideal filter is able to formulate, review and negotiate a large variety of contracts with minimal supervision. Candidates must exercise a good judgment while maintaining a strict secrecy in prominent matters.

Location: Century City, Ca. At least 3 days a week in the office (in general, Tuesday to Thursday).

Main responsibilities:
• Draft and comment on talent and employment agreements, development agreements, various production models and documents
• Negotiating agreements with third parties
• Providing other objective legal support through a variety of projects
• Checking and editing the documents (including Redling) and correspondence

Examples of contracts that feel comfortable in drafting: the Indie Agreement feature and representative of the studio; Feature Writing Agreement; TV test option and employment agreements; Shopping agreements/cooperation/cooperation; Agreement / Issue; Launching the authorship certificate / participation; Loan transfer agreement; Warning Agreement; Standard conditions and provisions; Employment Agreement; The guest star agreement; Nude passengers. Qualifications:

Experience: The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in the entertainment industry. The previous entertainment law company prefers with an optional studio experience. The required bachelor’s degree.

Skills and capabilities:
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate transfer priorities between different customers and lawyers
• A strong understanding of contracts with the ability to integrate work issues in contracts
• A quick learner has the ability to multiple tasks in an environment directed towards results
• Defining excellent analytical priorities and skills with the ability to exercise the appropriate judgment in carrying out tasks with the least supervision
• Exceptional communication skills in the verbal and written form, including the ability to communicate professionally with various levels of employees and clients (including celebrities) with diplomacy and appreciation, while maintaining all times the company and customer confidentiality
• Team player mentality
• You must have enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity and be ready to take challenges and increase responsibility
• Mastering the computer with MS Word, Outlook and IMANAGE

The payment range for this position is $ 60.10 – $ 84.13 per hour (this is equivalent to approximately $ 125,000 to $ 175,000 a year if you are working on your regular work schedule), depending on experience.
