Stage 1: Human resources interview
The first stage is procedure by a talent acquisition specialist to our organization and our culture. From now on, the person will be with you throughout the entire employment. If you need instructions, do not hesitate to communicate.
Its basic principles are:

- Practical approach,
- Data -based position,
- High standards,
- And bootstrapping.

Extremism
You are determined to be on the task from start to finish. You are looking for solutions and solving problems yourself.
Communication skills
You are able to provide construction/criticism reactions, as well as one acceptance. People in all our products must be good listeners, open to different views and are able to express themselves in a relevant, specific and polite way. And yes, you are fluent in English.

Stage 2: The first technical interview
Tell us about your general programming approach. What kind of programmers are you? How do problems solve?
We may show you a symbol extract, and we ask how to understand it, and whether you see any mistakes, and if the answer is yes – how you can fix it.
It is 60 minutes in length, and I was fully conducted in English by two of your teammates in the future, this interview helps us determine your seniority. You are also welcome to ask your own questions!
Stage 3: Interviewing the blackboard
Before this interview, you will receive a set of data to arrange it in the entity relationship form in Figma/Figjam or Miro. It is also up to you to set a deadline and then hand over the task.
Your form will be reviewed within a 90 -minute conversation with your teammates.
Stage 4: Interviewing the manager
If you succeed in passing the blackboard interview, you will talk to the engineer. This conversation differs from your first confrontation with each other JobandTalent Culture Culture.
Using a decision and display work
Once the meeting with an engineering director ends, all the people you spoke with through all the employment stages meet to decide whether we are suitable for each other.
We may ask you for former employers. Once you collect, your contract is prepared and sent to you.
