The main purpose of the job

This position is the highest level function, responsible for overseeing and developing maintenance programs at the state level; Review and define critical maintenance needs for gardens; Coordination and supervision of maintenance and construction projects in Maryland Park (MPS); Coordination and supervision of park tools projects to include water, electricity, gas, solar and green energy infrastructure, communications and the Internet (in close cooperation with engineering and construction, information technology, environmental service, land acquisition and planning, public prosecutor office, financial and administrative services and other relevant partners); Support and coordination of unique maintenance plans for specialized park facilities such as swimming pools, irrigation systems, marina fuel pumps and similar recreational facilities; Manage the MPS fleet, the inventory and heavy replacement plan, and the general control of the Maryland Park Training Department, to support the management and preservation of natural, cultural, historical and recreational resources in the state to provide the best use for people.

Power duties

The Ministry of Natural Resources (DNR), Maryland Park, currently accepts the requests of the III administrative program manager who works as the director of maintenance and logistics for all state gardens. This senior position is responsible for overseeing and developing maintenance programs at the state level; Review and define critical maintenance needs for gardens; Coordination and supervision of maintenance and construction projects in Maryland Park (MPS); Coordination and supervision of park tools projects to include water, electricity, gas, solar and green energy infrastructure, communications and the Internet (in close cooperation with engineering and construction, information technology, environmental service, land acquisition and planning, public prosecutor office, financial and administrative services and other relevant partners); Support and coordination of unique maintenance plans for specialized park facilities such as swimming pools, irrigation systems, marina fuel pumps and similar recreational facilities; MPS fleet management and heavy equipment and replacement plan, and general control of the Maryland Park Training Division.

This position performs duties in the direction of the director and coordination with the deputy director and regional managers and the director of planning to direct maintenance activities that affect public lands. The job operator works as a member of the Maryland Park leadership team. Administrative duties lead to maintenance to ensure effective operation of public lands through the state at the state level for maintenance programs for parks, critical maintenance and capital improvements, coordination of analysis and reports to provide guidance for agency employees, and to provide clean, safe and easy to use facilities for the public. He is supervised by the coordinators of the maintenance program and the director of the training department and provides general guidance to all managers and employees regarding maintenance issues. This position is managed by the flender Park Service and the heavy equipment stockpile, and supervises the development and implementation of training programs and policies for classified and contractual employees.

The minimum qualifications

education: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited in the field of biology, forests, environment, natural resource management or relevant natural sciences; Gardens and Entertainment, History, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Related Field; Or the degree of associate, participation in the vocational training program, and/or commercial school certificates may meet the required education on an annual basis.

expertise: Eight years of expertise in forest management/garden, maintenance,/or operations or a related field; Or eight years of experience in skilled maintenance or construction deals (such as major electricity, plumbing, carpenter, heavy equipment operator, etc.), or project management. Experience for five years in supervisory energy should be for full -time employees who participate in forests/garden and/or maintenance work.

Notes:

1. Candidates can replace additional experience as specified above for the required education at one year of experience for one year of education for a period of up to four years of the required education.

2. Candidates may replace the certificates of commercial schools or higher education for the required general experience at one year of education for one year of experience, for a period of up to two years of the required general experience.

3. Candidates can replace military service experience in the American armed forces as an employee who is not authorized in equipment, facilities, services, equipment, facilities and services specialized in equipment, facilities and services in the field of work on an annual basis for the required experience.

Required or favorite qualifications

Licensing, recordings and certificates

Employees in this classification can be assigned duties that require a engine. The appointed employees will be asked for such duties to have a car operator’s license in Maryland.
