JCSP School Libraries // City of Dublin Eduction and Traaining Board (CDETB)
The JCSP Library Project invites the illustration of the following temporary functionality applications for the JCSP Secretary of the JCSP Library. The employer in these positions is the city of Dublin ETB and will be based as follows:
JCSP School Libraians
Coláiste Eoin (Dublin)-Completely (fixed-term contract)
Dungarvan College (Waterford)-full time (specific purpose: professional break)
Enniscorthy CC (Wexford)-Part-time (specific purpose: job class)
Marino College (Dublin)-Part-time (one day a week specific purpose: work class)
Jabal Carmel School (Dublin)-Part-time (two days per week, specific purpose: work class)

Basic qualifications:
- The primary class in library and information science or Required (to the degree or level of graduate studies) recognized by the Library Association in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will display a set of interests and the following competencies:
- Attention to work with adolescents in the context of educational deprivation
- Attention to the development of literacy
- Experience in managing all aspects of the library.
- The ability to work as part of a current team and expansion to develop each aspect of the national project
- Prepare to work as part of a research team and contribute to the continuous evaluation of the project effectiveness
- Excellent organizational, information and communication technology, communication skills and skills of dealing with others
- The ability to prepare regular reports and develop student support materials
- Teaching, learning, curricula, educational design and delivery

The educational role of the Vocational Schools Library includes a wide range of teaching situations with individual students, small groups of students and students. The basic activities of the educational library’s educational work include:
- Promote reading, writing and reading reading

- Inquiring learning (problem -based learning, critical thinking)

Duties include, for example, but not limited to:

- Communication with the Secretary of the Upper Project Library and the principal of the school in which it is located in all matters related to the establishment, operation and maintenance of the library and all programs accompanying literacy and the number.
- Communication with the Secretary of the Higher Projects Library, JCSP Support Service, under Oide’s management, the JCSP coordinator for the school and the main employees and education, in designing and presenting the library -based programs to address literacy difficulties and account difficulties as long as JCSP students lived.
- Continuous and continuous participation with JCSP students in your school to ensure the use of the school library effectively.
- Library budget management.
- Adapting structures and procedures in your library to ensure that JCSP students benefit from the maximum benefit from the library project.
- Participation, and contribute to, search for the JCSP Clarification Library, including collecting and collecting research information.
- Develop the library policy and the library development plan to meet your school’s private needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the library -based projects on a continuous basis and produce written reports on itself.
- Management and management of the evaluation library management system.

- Participate in and support the development of JCSP.

The duties and responsibilities of school libraries are vary under the JCSP Library project to join in accordance with the emerging needs and the development of the project as determined by the Ministry of Education, the city of Dublin ETB and Oide.
salary: The salary scale will be linked to the Sixth Class Local Authority (Secretary of the Executive Library): 56,755 euros – 69338 euros (Annually Pro Rata)
