Hollywood Reporter seeks an innovative and experienced director of video, social and productive creativity to play a major role in shaping the creative vision and implementing our video and social content. As a leader in this role, it will combine mastery of narration of stories, the creative trend, and the experience of production with a deep understanding of social platforms and trends to advance the influencing participation in the entertainment industry. You will submit a report to the Vice President, produce and develop video.

Main responsibilities:
• Developing and supervising the creative trend of social media content in line with the brand vision
• Cooperation with the leadership to implement the strategic social plan
• Driving video production from one side to the party, including photography, editing, and post -production
• Create a dynamic content for Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
• Stay on social and entertainment trends to inspire new content formats
• Coordination with independent agencies and pioneers to expand production capacity
• Use performance measures to improve strategy and content effectiveness
Administration of content production budgets

Qualifications:
The minimum 5 years in video and social creativity production
• Listing exceptional stories, and visual production skills
• Knowledge of pop culture, entertainment and audience behavior
Efficiency with editing and design tools (Premiere Adobe, Final Cut Pro)
• A strong understanding of the best practices of the platform
• Interested leadership of the creative teams and external collaborators
• Communication skills and excellent projects management
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast -paced environment
