Job qualifications
- The applicant must be able to work cooperatively with various individuals and groups and show a positive position in personal and public interactions.
- The applicant must be able to cooperate with different departments within IFT.
- The applicant must show deep knowledge and strong commitment to racist justice and anti -terrorism and show the ability to help such action.
- The applicant must show knowledge of the current issues in the teaching and education policy.
- The applicant must be able to deal with multiple tasks/projects at a time.
- The applicant must show superior organization and dedication skills in completing projects in a timely manner.
- The applicant must be able to work independently and effectively with the minimum supervision.
- The applicant must show superior computer and internet skills, including the use and improvement of Microsoft Office products, applications and programs based on web, as well as specific technology programs and systems for the company.
- The applicant must be able to work on some weekends and evenings as required, and some of them may be needed in the state and get out of the state’s travel.
Main jobs
- Coordination with UPID departments and meetings to plan and facilitate personal and apparent training, workshops and presentations for IFT employees, the executive council, local population/councils and IFT members.
- Coordination with communications employees and UPID professional employees to ensure that the information on the IFT website is current, encouraging update programs with member email and various IFT social media platforms, and arranging printed materials and promotional supplies for update programs.
- Go to various computer software systems to conduct and facilitate online meetings/distance, training, workshops, etc. and registration.
- Take advantage of various computer publishing programs to help create attractive training materials and offers and visually participate.
- Supporting and assisting professional employees in teaching courses, including those who eat race and combating terrorism, with convergence groups and various masses.
- Create and maintain the digital system to regulate and store materials for all courses created from IFT (i.e. agendas, training course descriptions, training plans, training course materials, PowerPoint offers, etc.).
- Performing financial accounting duties and saving records associated with IFT and AFT ULI programs, Ift Lead, and other programs funded through the Federation’s professional issues section.
- Collecting, organizing and performing auditing duties associated with maintaining the state of IFT professional development provider.
- Organize and implement the annual IFT scholarship approval program through coordination with the members of the Board of Directors responsible for selecting and distributing prizes.
- An annual coordination with accounting to process PDs for the local population.
- A direct report to the director of professional issues, follow the directives of the President/CO and other officials, and perform other duties as appointed.
