Main responsibilities
- School Support Head
- Management of the head of the school calendar, appointments, travel and correspondence arrangements.
- Supporting the basic communication between the head of the school, faculty members, employees, parents, students and external partners.
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, communications and other documents on behalf of the head of the school.
- Organizing and coordinating the logistical services for the school events that it hosts or involve the head of the school.
- Maintaining confidential files and sensitive information with appreciation and integrity.
- Support the Board of Trustees
- Coordination of all logistics services for the meetings of the Board of Trustees, retreats, and events, including scheduling, preparing rooms, preparing materials, and catering.
- Registration, copy, distribution of meeting minutes and other official documents.
- It is a call point for the members of the Board of Directors, ensuring time communication and following up the elements of work.
- Maintaining the portal of the Board of Directors and ensuring accuracy in preserving records of the policies of the board of directors, minutes and governance documents.
- Supporting the head of the school assistant
- Providing administrative and logistical support to the head of the assistant, including scheduling and project management and communications.
- Supporting the faculty and employees in matters that require inputs or attention from the assistant chief.
- AOD responsibilities (AOD)
- As a service official on a rotor basis, including evenings and weekend holidays as specified.
- Ensure the safety of the campus and the response to accidents, emergency situations, or students ’issues in cooperation with residential and security personnel.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, employees and parents during AOD seizures, and documenting any noticeable events.
- Support the positive, safe and comprehensive campus environment during all AOD responsibilities.
Community support
- It is a central center for internal communication through the daily correspondence management at the school level, calendars, and logistical planning tools to ensure clarity and alignment in all departments.
- Supervising the development, communication and maintenance of institutional evaluation, including academic evaluation and events, faculty and students ’members, and scheduling conference rooms.
- Leadership and implementation of major school events such as starting, registering students and family end holidays, in cooperation with the school leadership and the main departments.
- Coordination of logistical and operational support for initiatives and events at the school level, including academic programs and participation related to progress.
- Maintaining the supervision of institutional documents, including internal engines and brochures, ensuring timely updates and consistent policy communication.
- Participate with colleagues through departments to improve operational efficiency and communication systems and implement events continuously.
- The school task and the basic values ​​are represented in all interactions with students, families, faculty members, graduates and external partners.
Other expectations
This position is a member of the Interior School College. Candidates must be interested in contributing outside the semester and full participation in the student life program. Physical requirements:
- Long periods of sitting on an office and working on a computer.

required:
- Bachelor’s degree or great work experience
