Bath University coordinates the International Center for Study (ISC) to study civil education and international citizenship (ICCSA global research initiative funded by the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA). This project will participate in international partners, government organizations and experts to investigate the education of civil and citizenship in many countries.

As an ICCS official, you will play an important role in supporting ISC operations within the Ministry of Education, ensuring the provision of research and management activities and the exchange of smooth knowledge of this project funded from abroad. This situation provides a unique opportunity to contribute to influential international research that constitutes education policy around the world.

About the role

In the role you will play:

• Providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to ISC managers, including diary, travel arrangements, and work as a major contact point for information from international partners and stakeholders.
• Supervising financial management, including budget monitoring, bills processing, and ensuring compliance with university and fun policies, while contributing to reports and financing applications.
• Coordination of meetings, events and communications, such as organizing the sessions of experts, preserving SharePoint sites, and supporting the production of newsletters and marketing materials.
• Cooperation with a variety of teams at Bath University and with external partners to facilitate the project goals, support the financing of possible future research and high -affirmative case studies in the education of civil and citizenship.

About you

We are looking for a very organized and proactive person who can provide excellent administrative and financial support in a complex international research environment. You will be an independent work and part of a cooperative team, and he can build effective business relationships with colleagues and partners in various countries and organizations.

You will bring:

• Strong organizational skills and experience that have proven useful in providing high -quality administrative support in a crowded environment, including managing and coordinating events.
• The experience of monitoring budgets, dealing with financial transactions, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• I am sure to use Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital platforms such as difference, enlargement and online collaboration tools.
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, whether in writing or verbally, with a wide range of stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, take the initiative, and contribute positively to a diversified and international team.
• Flexible approach with flexibility to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and sometimes under pressure.
• Getting fluent in languages ​​other than English is an advantage; Efficiency in Spanish and/or Italian will be especially useful.

Experience in managing diverse large projects, working with international partners, and knowing universities systems (EG Agresso, Samis, Business Objects) is also useful.

This is a part -time role, 29.2 hours per week (0.8 FTE) for a specific period until June 2029.
