Today’s article:
A radical redemption of the Gospel, based on a corridor of The historical personality of JesusBy EP Sanders
Jewish root
Regarding the absence of specific plans to integrate the bad guys into a more straightforward society, we must now note that there is no example in which Jesus requires the bad guys to do what the law stipulates in order to become righteous. . . . There are two possible explanations for the reason for losing this topic. One of them is that Jesus, those who heard him, the first disciples and Christians, are all simply preceded by the sacrifice system. The bad people who decided to change their ways. . . He knew that the law required sacrifice, and so on when they then went to Jerusalem, they sacrificed the offer of guilt. The second possibility is that Jesus thought and said that the bad guys who followed him, although they were not technically “repent”, and although they did not become good in the way the law requires, it is in the kingdom, and in fact they will be “advanced” for those who were righteous under the law. If this is the goal of Jesus’ call to the bad people, it would have posed a threat to a common and clear Jewish understanding of the Bible and the will of God. I consider the second possibility more likely than the first, because Jesus’ treatment of sinners has caused criticism. Here we see how Jesus was the radical: much more extreme than someone who simply committed simple violations from Saturday and food laws. Both are more radical and more arrogant, in common opinion. It seems that I think those who followed him belong to the election of God, although they did not do what the Bible itself requires. We must remember the conclusion of one of the likes of Jesus: served the king, “They went out to the streets and gathered all those who found, whether good or bad, so the wedding hall was full of guests” (Matthew 22.10). The servants did not first ask all the bad to become good: they brought them anyway (Sanders, pp. 234-5).
In all the years when I read the Bible, there was an assumption that I mainly understood why Jesus got the crucified, socially. Basically, it was because he claimed that he was the son of God, and because he was seen as the king of the Jews, people were following him and became a threat, whether on the structures of the Jewish religious authority and the Roman Empire.
Another superficially reliable theory is to deliver tables in the temple around the Jews and Romans against Jesus. By disrupting an acceptable economic religious practice, it has become aggressive and it seems that he is leading an uprising.
However, the Sanders theory fell like a missing piece that fills a gap that I did not fully realize there.
If Jesus claims that he is a prophet who knows the will of God, and the will of God was to follow him and not to follow the Jewish law anymore (“He made the Sabbath for a person not a person for Saturday, etc.); And if he says that your sins were forgiven, which provides a direct path to salvation, which is an open entrance to the kingdom of heaven, it is no wonder that the Ranger Jew was swinging.
Whatever the Jews noticed the Torah to achieve it, Jesus claimed that he had achieved it, and others could achieve it as well, simply by following it. By canceling the idea of divine rule and punishment, Jesus devoted the power to the Jewish priesthood – as it escalated from the cabalay tree in the root, with a single an ax.
Horrific
This idea (horrific hell) is mentioned only for a short period in the gospels and was later captured in different myths and interpretations. The short version: Christ went to Sheul (or Hadis, who was later renamed in the name of hell) between steel and resurrection, to save a specific part of the damn (for example, these poor Israelis who died before Jesus came; other sources claim that he went specifically to discuss matters with fallen angels).
If Jesus’ mission included saving the souls from Hadis, are they completed? Or was the trick of the Roman Empire and the structures of the Jewish power to participate in the choice of Christianity through preservation an idea From him?
This may extend to the afterlife in ways that we can only begin to understand?
If you believe that Jesus died for your sins and that all your sins are forgiveness, it is likely that you will eliminate the idea of curse forever. However, as much as you believe in a sofa in fear of hell, and believe that you may go there if you are Stop believing in Jesus-And/or that the people you know may go there as well-and then it becomes a double-edged sword.
It is possible that our belief in salvation is to preserve and maintain it by The belief in the curse. It seems as if hell will continue to exist for all of us, as long as one soul still believes in it, and thus it is detained in the cognitive sense (or even metaphysical).
This, I think, is the reason that salvation must be for everyone, and why the lost sheep is more important to God than the ninety -nine.
