We are looking for an ambitious designer to join our editorial team. This designer will become a member of a deep collaborative artistic department that was honored by organizations such as the American Association of Journal editors and the Association of Publications Designers. We are looking for a person who will flourish in an environment in which, in any specific week, stories for the print magazine, on the brand of podcasts, help create illustrations, graphics and clarity, web stories committee.

This position is full -time in Austin, Texas, and it requires work outside our office in the city center at least two days a week. Job requirements:

Job responsibilities include, for example, but not limited to:

• Art directing and stories design through all platforms.

• Cooperation in a wide range of projects exceeds printing and web stories, including podcast and video graphics

• Assigning and creating original artworks, including illustrations, graphs, symbols and animation.

• Determine new talent and search for various sounds to contribute to TM.

• Help with pictures and appoint them

• Maintaining brand standards in all digital features, including websites, social channels, newsletters and videos

Successful candidates will have the following capabilities:

• A strong set of work in a variety of media

• Excellent printing, design, and conceptual skills

• The experience assigned the original artwork showed

• A comprehensive understanding of digital production and capabilities

• Knowledge experts in the Creative Adobe Wing

• Efficiency in WordPress, K4 and Figma

• Strong organizational skills and time management

• The ability to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with other designers and editors

• Discussion skills and animation are plus

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, journalism, or related field

• At least three years of the editorial design experience
