Jobal Overview:
ASCAP is looking to employ a contract manager (legal and licensing) to support transactions lawyers in Business and Legal Management (Bala). Ideal candidates will have an administrative experience to license the license contract with the ability to deal with high contracts and interpret them and extract information. This role requires exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail. The contract manager will track the state of continuous contract negotiations, establish and preserve reports, extract and summarize the details of the license for the executive and scientific administration, the draft correspondence and correspondence, other legal documents, research, and deal with public administrative duties.
The areas of responsibility and accountability:
• Providing support to the licensing lawyer team, including tracking the state of continuous contract negotiations and licensing life courses, creating and maintaining multiple reports, preparing correspondence, agreements, and other documents, as well as conducting research.
• Coordination and drafting the contract of administrative process licensing from the income to implementation to renewal/expiration.
Drafting summaries for the executive and adult administration.
• Extracting the license details for administrative licensing, operations and accounting difference.
• Regulating and maintaining licensing warehouses, digital and material.
• Analysis and comparison of draft licenses and issues.
• Establishing and preserving legal template contracts in the Ministry’s legal management database.
• Research, comparison and contradiction of internal/external licensing contracts, conditions, conditions and objectives to ensure legal consistency, accuracy and completion.
• Managing the requests received for legal review or work from internal clients.
• Work collectively with administrative support staff to provide coverage for the user job support to respond to phones, maintain calendars, and book travel.
• Preparing and submitting expenses for lawyers.
Treating legal invoices and others.
• Helping the department with other projects as it was appointed.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in tracking the contract management/licensing and its reports.
• Experience in the previous contract management in a legal department for companies or administrative administration for licensing.
• Experience of interaction with the higher level management.
• Efficiency has been proven with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to learn and use other programs.

• The ability to think analytically, take the direction well, take the initiative, and work independently and replace.

The expected basic salary range for this position ranges from between 65,000 to $ 80,000 and will be determined on an individual basis depending on many unique factors for each candidate, including geographical location (due to the differences in the cost of work), skills, education and previous relevant experience.
