About the role
The development and improvement of organizational culture is a major basis for the future aspirations of the university. Whether this is stocks, diversity, listening and engagement with employees, allowing people to work completely to work to achieve their potential, and create a culture that can flourish people in the heart of our university community.
We are reviewing the human resources operating model and we expect to change significantly in the next few years to provide high -value services to the university. At the heart of this role today, we expect to see:
- Arrows, diversity and inclusion, cover our covenants/prizes, EIAS, ED & I Training and Specialized Advice;
- Employees listen, cover investigative studies and employee participation;
- Organizational culture, which covers issues such as hybrid work, employee facilities;
- Care services, such as nursery and teeth.
The essence of this role in plurals is consistently between areas where specialized experience is necessary, but also the ability to lead change and turn the strategy to delivery, and work with others. This role has a strong focus on both employees and student experience. While sitting in human resources, the role will work closely with senior leaders as there is synergy between employees and student services.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of specialized experience, the ability to lead, provide change and develop policies, with sympathy for complex organizational and cultural dilemmas.

This role is presented on a permanent basis (36.5 hours). We are open to discuss other work patterns.
