requirements

• Bethon 3.11 – 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge from Asyncio and asymmetric programming
• Experience in the Small Services Brown (REST API, Graphql, RPC)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Good understanding and practical application of solid, dry and kissing principles, yagni
• Interior library design experience / SDKS / common components
• Web servants: Fastapi, Sanic
• Pydantic (preferably V2)
• A practical experience with the processing processing
• A strong understanding of RPC (RPC server design, demand/response, retrial, link)
• Kafka (consumer groups, delivery guarantees, planning design, experience in determining optimum partition strategies);
• RabbitmQ (RPC, PUB/Sub, DLX, Retries)

Databases:

• Mongodb (indexes, configurations, transactions)
• Clickhouse (big data sets, Mergetree, Order By, Exeesals)

Soft skills:

• Understanding the development of repetitive software (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• The ability to work effectively in short development sessions / repetitions, and to provide a gradual value
• Strong communication skills to work with developers, quality guarantee, analysts, product managers and other teams
• Code review and counseling experience (Middle/Beginner Engineers Support)
• Analytical mentality and the ability to suggest improvements in architecture and operations
• Accuracy and responsibility when working with important business data (bets and margins, composition)

Nice to be

• Graphql (ariadne)
• Experience in Fintech, betting, trading fields
