summary
Region 1199nm seeks to obtain a custom and emotional Organized/actor To join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in coordinating initiatives aimed at participating society and supporting in a hospital. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication capabilities, and commitment to enhancing positive change within society. You must have experience in the union for one year or more.

Responsibilities – Organization

• Increased membership in all specific bargaining units.
• Organizing and motivating members, current and future and must have practical knowledge of the Labor Law with regard to regulation.
• Learn about the date of the boycott 1199nm in addition to communication “the value of the union” in directing the new employee throughout the region
• Production of flyers and/or publications to spread general membership in current issues.
• Organizing all semester membership meetings monthly.
• Update all Al -Ittihad bulletin boards in all hospitals in its designated work fields.
• Training activists/delegates with regard to “the value of the union, the basics and the rights of workers
• The weekly “approximation” in the hospital to increase membership and see the union
• Other duties are appointed.

Responsibilities – acting

• Providing employee representation for hospital administration, they must have a practical knowledge of the Labor Law regarding representative requirements as well as knowing CBA requirements in the designated area.
• Understand the obligations required of unions in the representation of employees. Learn the limits of these requirements.
• Maintaining a fruitful and positive working relationship with human resource departments in the designated hospital.
• Pu trained employees are represented on their contract, and how to “stand for their rights” inside CBA. Providing delegates/activists training in their contract.
• Attending employment/administration meetings and assisting the head of the team’s team committee produces the agenda.
• Understanding and supporting the collective bargaining process for seasons in the designated areas.
• The chief negotiator helped by organizing BU on negotiations through the post, one in one meetings, phone and text messages, organizing protest marches, email messages and social media.
• Helping the Federation’s leadership is a strategy and implement the goals of the separation.
• The current cases of the meetings of the executive board of directors regarding the grievances that govern the arbitration.
• Working with lawyers to prepare and during member arbitration.
• Other duties are appointed.

Leson community:

• Communication, coordination and cooperation with labor and community organizations that enhance the boycott 1199nm, workers ’rights, fair wages, safe employees and other work issues.

education:

• Enhancing employment, human resources and legal knowledge by staying on boundaries on related work issues, attending educational opportunities, national work college courses, AFSCME and other labor training, conferences and gatherings
• Complete the other educational opportunities set by the District District in a timely manner.

requirements:

• The minimum 1 year of experience in work with work contracts and contract enforcement.
• An organization experience with health care staff has proven.
• The ability to work directly in this field with members of the union.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to the progress of workers’ rights and improve the conditions of the workplace.
