Overview of the situation
We are looking for a large software engineer to join our growing team in a pivotal stage on our journey. With our transition from innovation in the early stage to starting a subsequent stage, we are committed to preserving the quick creative spirit that made us so much. This role will play an important role in leading and directing our software team, which helps us to expand while dealing with a set of exciting and varied challenges.
Our programs lies in our business center, where it connects devices in our distributions, nervous networks in the formulation of colors, logistics on our orders, chemistry in our dyes, mobile in our application, and financial in our bills.

Main responsibilities (and other tasks as set)
Leadership, teacher, support for distributed software development team.
Cooperation between producers, operations and tools to provide comprehensive solutions.
Software products have work requirements to implementation and delivery.
Design, development and maintenance of developing software solutions via multiple platforms.
Explore and repair errors and solve technical problems through systems and integration.
A balance between technical debts with fast -paced innovation to achieve the goals of the work.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing professional software.
A strong background in developing web applications and software engineering.
An experience that has proven guidance and guidance.
Excellent skills to solve problems and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to work in a semi -distributed environment.
