In this post:
We employ a permanent supervisor on customer services, within the Wesex Lane Halls team in our residential services section. This role will cover Wesex Lane and City Gateway Halls of Residence, where the main work site is Wesex Lane.
Residential services at the University of Southampton offers accommodations for thousands of university levels, postgraduate studies and upcoming families to study at the university. It will join the team at an exciting time as we continue to develop our wallet, which includes more than 6500 rooms, in addition to the continuous development of our halls, to enhance student experience.
You will be part of a team of employees who support the smooth running of our residence halls, which provide excellent customer service for our students and support their welfare during their stay. The main responsibilities of the facility management team include:
- Assist the housing services management team/Housing Services Management Team in the daily hall complex management and/or a job flow such as providing customer service
- Providing administrative support for routine tasks such as health and safety examination.
- Manage the work burden for the reception assistant teams to ensure the smooth running of our evenings in the evening.
- The work of its delegation project, the supervisor of the housing service/housing services management team
The successful candidate will quickly capture new software packages and be eligible to use systems and data tables. Excellent communication skills will be necessary, as well as the ability to communicate with a variety of teams within the university in a professional way.
Self -motivation, the ability to manage small numbers of people and their workshops of desired qualities.
The situation offers a 36 -hour contract per week and praises a set of other employment benefits. The working hours in Ruta’s work attacks will either from 8 am to 4 pm, from 9 am to 5 pm, from 10 am to 6 pm or if the need arises from 12 pm to 8 pm.
