This is an important season for the Church of Christ because it strives to reach the community surrounding Christ! The priest of the Ministry of Worship and Student provides leadership for both the Ministry of Students (sixth to twelfth grade) and the Ministry of Worship, which strengthens an environment that focuses on Christ for disciples and worship. This role increases the volunteers, engages students, leads worship gatherings, and enters young people into the broad church society. In addition, this role will lead to awareness of the social media of Christ. This role is part of the church’s strategic leadership.

Basic responsibilities:

Leadership of the Ministry of Worship

• The leading Sunday worship services, special occasions, and gatherings at the church level
• Recruitment, training and development of members of the worship team (musicians and singers).
• Supervising worship technology, including audio, visual and live broadcast components.
• Maintaining PCO, PresEner and Media resources for worship services.
• Supervising the teams and preparing them to manage the existence of social media.

Leadership of the Ministry of Students

• Leadership weekly gatherings with fellowship, teaching and small groups.
• Preparing and presenting the Bible messages to middle and high school students.
• Planning and implementing events, decline and awareness opportunities.
• Developing the discipline strategy to link students to the church.
• A partner with parents in their role as spiritual leaders. Leadership of social media
• Create and publish the content in line with the church’s mission.
• Planning and implementing social media campaigns to involve society.
• Enhance the events of the church, services and activities through social media channels.
• Cooperation with employees to content content with speeches and ads.

Development of employees and volunteers

• Recruitment, training and equipping volunteer leaders of both ministry.
• Create leadership opportunities for students and members of the worship team.

Proecral administration and care

• Budgets, logistical services and resources for student and worship ministries.
• Participate in employee meetings, planning and church leadership.
• Providing pastoral care for students
