As a DACH partner manager, you will play a pivotal role in operating and forming our channel partnership programs, and supporting the company’s growth and rapid revenues. You will be responsible for employing new consulting partners for human resources, developing and managing a current business book, and generating revenues for the organization through partner referrals.
Job requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in managing partners in a high-growth Saas environment
- Direct experience in the dowry area
- The experience of the partner’s management throughout
- The ability to determine the most efficient partners on the basis of strict and complete context analysis
- It has proven the ability to develop effective strategies for partners on the basis of a deep understanding of individual partners and their comrades to generate mutual value
- Work experience with partner marketing
- Solving to build a book of a business partner from scratch
- He is able to lead customer or external partner talks with executives
- Packing in a quick environment and entrepreneurship
- Fluency in German (C1 or higher)
- Prepare to travel as required

Job responsibilities
- Pay the accelerated growth in the drafting area through the partner’s sharing and studied partner’s participation
Employment and management of a pipeline of net new partners, including human resources consulting, consultant partners, HRIS experts, system integration, and employment services companies - Make sure the partner succeeds in the first 90 days and beyond where they work through the plane to become pipelines and revenue driving partners
- Developing and implementing a long -term strategy to manage and develop a set of partner accounts
- Work with technical partners ‘managers to take advantage of the current relationships with integration partners and effectively benefit from their partners’ networks
- Be an expert in providing the value of our partner program, and improving the approach to employ your partner constantly
- Determining and setting the priorities of the appropriate partners for our program, focusing on DACH markets and slices
- Create and maintain regular participation rhythms with the current partners to enhance the growth of continuous pipelines and maintain the top of Hibob
- Organizing and hosting the partner’s participation and marketing activities, including lunch and learning, joint marketing campaigns, online seminars, etc., to deepen partners’ relationships and push the success of the new joint works
- Work through jobs with sales teams and customer success teams to ensure a smooth experience for new partners and their customers, which facilitates successful results
- Create and submit presentations that help to connect the impact and the requirements of the HIBob partner program for the main stakeholders, and gain the organizational purchase and the implementation of the leadership.
