We are a fast -growing SEO software company (and a full -service digital agency) focusing on engineering products and services that help websites to improve their Google performance. We employ a product director to lead and accelerate the development of our SEO software platform. It will work closely with the top leadership, the multi -function teams to provide influential features quickly and in a high quality tape.

Responsibilities

• Product ownership: Determine and Manage Product Features from Thinking to Version, Working with Engineers, QA, and designers to provide high -quality user experiences.
• Agile Process & Delivery: Participate in daily standing, enemy planning, grooming, and retrospective effect. Maintaining structured epics, issues and landmarks in Getlab.
• Documents and Tickets: Write clear and detailed tickets with guaranteed screenshots, Figma links and Loom records. Ensure that the requirements are complete, implemented and compatible with the enemy’s goals
• Quality and ease of use: Test new features in gradual, error report, and verification of repairs. Curricula issues of surface use in a proactive way and suggesting product improvements.
• Leadership Cooperation: Work directly with the higher leadership to determine the priorities of the road map elements, to align engineering speed with the product goals, and ensure the fulfillment of the expenses of the stakeholders.

requirements

• 2+ years of expertise as director of products at SAAS or a software company
• Strong knowledge with the course of working on GIT, especially Gitlab
  The experience of writing user’s stories, test situations and technical requirements
• He is proficient in Figma and Loom to continue to design and wander
• A strong understanding of graceful delivery and product development courses
• The ability to work independently in a high -speed and liability environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Capable of working for hours of Latam, Africa, the Middle East, or Eastern Europe

  Efficiency in tools such as reinstalization or mixpanel

Salary and benefits

• Salary: $ 3500 – $ 4000 a month (depending on experience and location)
• Benefits: 15 days Displacement + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day
