Main responsibilities

• Providing suspended customer service via multiple channels (email, phone, direct chat, social media) for potential students.
• Support for delivery of employment events such as interviews and open days and presenting pregnant days.
• Make sure to provide accurate and updated advice in the courses, applications and the admission process.
• Cooperation with acceptance, marketing and academic colleagues to support transfer activities.
• Maintaining data protection criteria and contributing to continuous improvement in processing investigation and advanced communications.
