London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) Our students offer a wide range of programs approved in the field of creative arts and contemporary business fields. Through an extensive network of industry communications, with the help of our partnership with the University of Creative Arts and many leading brands in other industry, we allow our students to obtain a real feeling of work in fashion, graphic design and business space by starting a journey designed to meet our academic and personal demands for our students.

LCCA provides students with a unique exhibition focused on industry to make students ready for their next step by adopting mixed learning methods that are presented through workshops, lectures, field and seminars, and hosting famous experts in our sector in the postgraduate sector.

position

position: Academic and academic support officer

Contract type: permanent

location: Tower Hill, London and Aladdit

This is the first and last point to call all students studying in LCCA. The role holder will work cooperatively with support staff and other academics as a team to provide basic advice and refer to students. This position must be the first point of communication for individual students and is responsible for providing the daily survey treatment of relevant training courses, and providing advice and support in the reception office. The student and academic support ultimately works as a referral point, to provide students with support, guidance, information and neutral secret advice. This role is part of the LCCA support and academy department, which runs all students’ inquiries to LCCA and other designated tasks and mini photographers.

• The ability to work cooperatively on the team, under pressure and tight final dates
• The ability to exchange information verbally or in writing
• The ability to follow instructions, acquire basic knowledge about procedures and apply this correctly
• Good communication skills, excellent phone method
• Strong personal relationship skills
• Good commercial awareness and ability to communicate with a variety of people through different jobs
• Excellent planning skills, regulation and time management
