By working with our contracts, program, engineering staff, and many others, the PM-UAS will lead the main UAS program, and support other initiatives as needed, as part of the broader Geointelligence Engineering team across Canada.

as Program Director – UAS aircraft system (UAS)You will be a major member of an experienced team responsible for delivering and supporting the UAS capabilities of the customer. It will work with the information classified with sensitive systems and is expected to complete all tasks and responsibilities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. You must have the ability to manage programs that provide very complex solutions for the difficult customer, to successfully achieve the task goals.

Responsibilities:

• As a major member of the software team, focus, organizing and presenting the goals of the program.
• Preparing relevant software documents, including project management and work data plans.
• Keep the detailed program schedules, track the progress of the program.
• Repeated and regular assessment of costs to the date of estimates and estimates and developing solution plans, as required, to achieve cost goals and the timetable.
• Ensuring employment levels and competencies program needs. This may require negotiations with calligraphy managers and other programs for conflicting resources requirements, which should always be done taking into account the total interests of the company.
• Maintaining program risk records.
• The presence and leadership of official reviews.
• Developing relationships with the contractor from the subcontractor.
• Supervising the work of the directors of the sub -contract projects to achieve financial and programming goals.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational requirements, including security licenses, issuing certificates and export.
• Planning and controlling work, maintaining MDA obligations within SOW.
• Work with the customer and the program team to control the change on the lane and technology foundations.
• Tracking issues and procedures for the external and internal program.
• Prepare the internal and external monthly progress of the project and case reports.
• Maintaining the program’s vision to senior management through the monthly program reviews and surroundings, as needed, on important issues of the company.

Requirements (experience/skills):

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of approved institution.
• The degree of graduate studies or certificate in management are assets (for example, Master of Business Administration, PMP).
• 10 years experience in managing programs / projects or leadership in managing a complex program component.
• It is preferable to have at least thirty -six (36) months during the past five (5) years that perform project management services on UAS or airline projects that have a similar or greater complexity of the program’s scope of the country of NATO, Australia or New Zealand.
• Experience with projects/programs that involve complex subconscious contract.
• Experience in negotiations, risk management, contract management, contract management of subcontractors and financial and Canadian goods program
• Excellent people and driving skills.

Comments/private considerations:

The situation is located in Richmond, British Columbia, and it is expected that some of the successful candidates (candidates) will include travel, and he must be able to obtain a security permit and obtain a security permit minimal than the secret, and pass a security evaluation of the controlled goods program.
