PDRA work will combine the wide wound data collected by local field teams, land monitoring photos (Spot, Sentinel -1 and -2, Landsat), and deep learning techniques to estimate the historical dynamics of small irrigated agriculture and the development of an interactive irrigation mapping tool box for users and the method. By taking advantage of the appointment data created by this research, PDRA will cooperate with social science professionals in UOM research partners and research partners within the country to target in -depth field investigations of hot irrigation points to deepen understanding of drivers and social and economic results of successful successful (UN).

PDRA will be a key member of the IRRRO project team, and works closely with the main investigator Dr. Tim Foster (Civil Engineering and Management Department), the participating beneficiaries Dr. Poliana Da Conceio (Department of Geography) and Dr. Rose Bretchard (Global Development Institute), as well as two sense of centers and social sciences).
