Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs

Role:

The Vice President for Business and Legal Affairs will play a decisive leadership role in supporting the legal, commercial and operational activities of Live National Productions. When submitting reports to the head of the film and television, this position is responsible for managing daily and legal issues related to development and production, helping to oversee projects from Greenlight to delivery, and support senior executives in harmonizing LNP goals with the broader living nation.

What will this role do?
• Supporting the head of cinema and television and the supreme leadership in managing legal issues and compliance with cinematic production and television, distribution, licensing, and rights acquisition.
• – Command negotiations for chosen production deals, distribution agreements, talent contracts, licensing agreements, and partnerships under the supervision of the higher leadership.
• – Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts, ensuring compatibility with LNP interests and compliance with legal standards.
• – Coordination with the external lawyer to ensure the flow of the smooth deal and help in managing external legal resources.
• – Cooperation in operational strategies to improve efficiency, resource management and project implementation, and work closely with multi -functional teams.
• – Helping to protect ownership and LNP rights, and work alongside the higher legal leadership and external legal partners.
• – Work closely with Live Nation teams to support the development, production and distribution of film and television content.
• – Providing legal and commercial inputs for the head of films, television and senior management, and helping to assess business risks and support strategic growth initiatives.
• – Helping to evaluate possible job opportunities, partnerships and joint projects as part of the largest business affairs team

What this person will attend
• Great experience (about 8-10 years) in the entertainment law, which covers both litigation and transactions, with exposure to large law and internal media environments.
• – A Jordanian dinar and membership in the California Pact in a good position, or qualified to register as an internal advisor in the California Bar Association.
• – Experiment to support or work on the creative (illegal) side of development and production on television and/or text movies.
• – Administrative experience presented, including supervision of team members and work through a functional within the organization.
• – A strong knowledge of the legal aspects of films, television and familiarity with live music or the broader entertainment industry.
• – Excellent communication and personal skills, with the ability to cooperate effectively through legal, creative and commercial teams.
• – Very organized, proactive, and passionate about contributing to telling the influential stories through movies and television
