About the role

This role is qualified for Campus Services New Starter Bonus* (1,000 pounds) and campus services refer a friend’s bonus.

The university hospitality department is not only about providing food for students. We have several outlets on campus that offer all high -quality food and drink options. In addition to providing food for students, we host large conferences and banquets. Our customers are varied like our food.

About you

A successful candidate will have experience in seeking excellent criteria for customer service and providing team members with operational training. You will have a large interface of the hospitality management experience at home and show the ability to drive and motivate team members effectively. You will have knowledge of relevant health and safety systems, licensing laws and expertise in financial reporting, budget and contrast. You should also have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high -size environment.

• Manage the introduction to home operations in your field of responsibility and to ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Ensure that procedures related to financial, health, safety, licensing law, HACCP and employees are under the university’s guidelines.
• Keep customer service and service standards and get awareness of the product and promotion.
• Working with the hospitality management team and implementing training to provide projects that will develop food, drinks, management and customer service.

Flexibility is important. The role in the early morning, evening and weekend includes a 5 -day contract (36.5 hours per week).
