The York University Marketing Team promotes a wide range of services for students, employees and the broader community – from sports facilities and retail outlets to cafes, bars and events. We are a creative and cooperative team, eager to present the campaigns that teach, participate and inspire them.

We are looking for a marketing official to join our busy team and help maintain work smoothly behind the scenes. This is an excellent location for beginners for a person looking to build a marketing profession, which provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional organization and a good reputation.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the marketing team, ensuring that our campaigns and projects are organizing and delivering them on time. Your tasks will include scheduling and updating marketing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, preparing reports, and helping content planning. It will also help manage postal menus, databases and marketing assets, and provide administrative support for photo programs and promotional events.

By working closely with a variety of departments and teams, you will develop your skills in coordinating the campaign, communication and digital marketing. It is the ideal opportunity for learning and growth and creating a real impact on a creative and cooperative team.

The necessary skills, experience and qualifications

• He has a level of 2 (or equivalent experience)
• It has strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• He continues clearly and confidently in writing and personality.
• I am sure to use digital tools such as Google or Microsoft Office.
• It has a fundamental understanding of marketing or social media platforms and attention to learn more about analyzes and reporting.
• Prepare to learn new tools such as Canva, e -mail marketing platforms and website editors.
