Opportunity

In this role, it will be pivotal for the success of providing the professional construction of the college to 150 students from East Midlands. The team that will be joined is vitality and varied, as colleagues from new graduates range to those who have more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry to those who were studying with us for 6 years.

You will work with adult learners/professionals working in the housing industry and registering them in the qualification of housing with our college like Certified CD 4 in housing.

About you

To excel in this role, you will have a work experience of no less than two years in the housing organization (related to housing) at the level of officers or higher, for example, charitable homelessness, local authority, protected accommodation or housing organization. You will be able to teach the stereotypes related to the housing qualifications from CIH and have a qualified housing (housing) at level 4 (certificate) or higher.
