Opportunity: Strategy and quality will

This is not a role in scrutiny. We are looking for a strategic editor to work as an important checkpoint for each of our content strategy and implementation. You are the partner of our book and the strategists, which ensures that all the content we produce not only is perfect in grammatical and brilliantly written but also strategically closed and located to achieve maximum effect.

Your role is to raise our content from wonderful to exceptional. The strategic Backstop will be, wondering about “why” the content, improving the narration, and ensuring all the origin we ship is a powerful tool for achieving the goals of our customers.

What will you do: responsibilities

• Strategic review and audit: Before writing one word, you will review the content summaries and strategic outlines. You will test the keyword strategy, target audience, logic, and the proposed angle to determine weaknesses and opportunities.
• Strategic alignment editing: You will review drafts to ensure that they are fully in line with the intended strategy. Difficult questions will be asked: Will this version actually resonate with the targeted character? Is cta logical for this stage of repression? Does this content in the intention of the research that we target?
• Editing line and strict copies: You will make accurate adjustments to improve clarity, flow, tone and persuasion. The red pen will increase the arguments, inflate the hooks, and make sure that each sentence serves a purpose.
• Guidance and comments: You will be a major teacher for our writing team, as it provides clear, constructive and implementable comments that go beyond the rules. Your book guidelines will help to become more strategic thinkers.
• Keep quality standards: will be the final owner of our content quality. It will help in developing, maintaining and applying our editorial mode guides, brand sound principles, and quality standards.

Who are you: the ideal candidate file

We are looking for a rare professional who lives at the intersection of strategy and crafts. You can have:

• Wide editing experience: 5-7 years+ in a large content role, with a strong focus on editing strategic marketing content (SEO, PPC, email, intended pages) in an agency or a fast-paced technical environment.
• Strategic mind: You only correct grammatical rules; You dismantle the arguments. You have a deep and instinctive understanding of digital marketing strategy, conversion paths, and user psychology.
• Deep Domain Experience: You are fluent in the principles of search engines, e -mail marketing, PPC, and writing texts centered around UX. You know what makes content performance in each of these channels and can edit these results with confidence.
• Diplomatic and direct: You can make important, insight and empowerment. You build the book, which makes them better without discouraging them.
• Fixed criteria: You are accurate and trusted with detail with an incredibly high tape of quality. Useful decisive or weak CTA causes physical pain for you.
• Pre -Property: You see yourself as a final owner of every content that leaves the agency. You have gravel and flexibility to support standards, even under pressure.
