About the role

An exciting opportunity for clinical and administrative leadership has arisen experienced in the department of luxury services (luxury, life, residential life and priest). This next year, they see us moving to a wonderful new luxury building with GP practice on the campus, and we are in particular looking for a mental health practitioner with extensive experience in managing other practitioners with excellent administrative skills, within an acute mental health or a therapeutic environment.

We are currently presenting mental health interventions for more than 1,800 students annually, which include psychological dynamic therapy, behavioral cognitive therapy, and psychological workshops as well as more proactive communication and living solutions. It will be one of the expected customers in luxury services that include the major welfare managers, the elders of mental health, the managers of residential life and the main priest. It is expected to work cooperatively with them under the supervision of the head of the service.

It will supervise the customization and management of the download, and you will support the employees in solving and escalating critical cases. This will include cooperation and consultation with the broader division teams such as advice, guidance and support support in addition to NHS. Your contribution to providing pre -emptive initiatives on mental health and well -being as part of the broader mental health strategy will be decisive in developing the service.

You will review and improve all systems, operations and procedures in the team that determine the priority of efficiency and risk management.

About you

Ideally, you will be a qualified, accredited, experienced, social specialist, mental health specialist, or other mental health practitioners. You will be responsible for the daily part of part -time/ full -time, therapists, sites, trainees, psychological well -being and their clinical conditions. You will be able to keep enough hours to keep your clinical condition if this is required to continue your professional dependence. You will need strong administrative and technological skills to enable you to oversee and develop cases management systems and administrative operations in order to determine the most intelligent work methods.

The innovative approach, awareness of risks, proper judgment and diplomacy, as well as the ability to follow the direction and manage people and work under pressure within the complex organizational structure are the basic features required of the post -holder.

Excellent personal skills, including the ability to build relationships, respect for confidentiality, actively manage and be able to move in complex situations in a sensitive and professional way. Written and oral communication skills are very advanced in addition to a positive and flexible approach to role and service.
