Director of the first product – payments

We are looking for a director of strategic and practical products-payments to lead critical initiatives through our ecosystem for payments. You will be responsible for building and managing global payment solutions that improve conversion, empowering international growth, and ensuring reliable batches and settlements between our global partners. It will work in a cross -engineer with engineering, financing and external parties to form the future of how the money moves through our platforms.

What will you do?

• Owning and leading the total payment strategy for DOHOP and the road map, both to try to push passengers on our platforms and experience our B2B payment.
• Driving and developing global payment solutions, including support for new markets, currencies and payment methods (for example, digital portfolios, BNPL, bank transfers), ensuring delivery to traveler, partners and dohop.
• Partner with financing, operations and legal teams to ensure compliance with global regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, SCA) and internal controls.
• A deep understanding of the user’s needs through travelers and suppliers; Use data, research and test to pay the product decisions that reduce friction and enhance confidence.
• I have the user experience from one side on our products by exit, payment methods, fraud, recovery, recovery and payment operations.
• Payment performance scales analysis – such as transfer rates, approval rates, payment costs and recovery times – and continuous improvement.
• Relationship management with PSPS, obtain banks, fraud tools, and payment providers; Evaluating new sellers and negotiating commercial and technical conditions, ensuring the best delivery to Dohop, Traveler and our partners.
• See the future, ensure that our payment strategy is aspiring and we are one step forward.
• Improving how to organize payment with partners and develop the best practices of practices
• As a big product sound within the organization; Contribute to the strategy, product planning, targeted preparation, and align the road map through the teams.

What you are attending

• 5+ years of expertise in product management, with no focusing on at least 3 years on payments, Fintech or market platforms.
• An experiment installed on launching and expanding the range of payment products across countries or multiple regions.
• A strong understanding of the scene of global payments, including card networks, local payment methods, compliance frameworks and settlement systems.
• The ability to lead multi -functional projects has shown from concept to launch in a high -growth startup or a fast -moving technical company.
• It depends on data and directed towards data, with practical experience using data tools and reports preparation such as SQL, MixPanel and Lokerr Studio.
• Communication skills and management of excellent interest-you can move in mystery and push clarity through technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical skills and solved problems.
• While being a strong strategic thinker has a bias towards procedures and delivery
• Clear communication and ability to align technical and non -technical teams.
