Overview of the role

As director of business development, the entire life cycle ownership-starting to obtain strategic B2B horizons to closing high-value partnerships and cooperation between jobs to deliver products and align the go to the market.

What will you do?

Strategic sales and partnership development

• Determine, suit and closure of B2B customers via pre-TGE, post-TGE and TAP 300 CMC.
• Promoting white label solutions – Launchpad, gap gate, stokeing, and AI Agent Launcher.
• Own the entire sales course: awareness, rehabilitation, discovery, illustration, proposal, negotiation, closure, and closing.

Leading care and pipeline development

• Discuss the expectations in the detection calls to evaluate the suitability and convert MQLS to SQLS.
• Building a long -term relationship through follow -up and connected connections that depend on value.
• Ensuring warm deliveries of technical teams and technical teams after birth for smooth delivery.

CRM management and reports preparation

• Follow all activity, pipeline and main performance indicators sales using CRM platforms.
• Expected deals expectations and revenue expectations with specification of pipelines.
• Share strategic visions with leadership based on partner reactions and market trends.

• Work with BD President, Leadgen, marketing to improve ICP, messages, and awareness rhythm.

• Research competitors, market attacks, client pain points, and GTM tactics in industry.

What we expect from you

• 3-5+ years of experience in developing business or direct sales of high-ticket technology sales.
• A busy record of closing high -value B2B deals or paying revenues to Top500CMC projects.
