The project and business change team, as the University of PMO, provides governance, overseeing the portfolio and supporting the university change initiatives.

PMO expands, and we look forward to appointing a business analyst. This position will submit a report to the supreme project manager and will play a major role in leading business analysis for projects within the university portfolio. The role includes working closely with project managers, stakeholders and technical and commercial teams to provide measurable benefits, improved processes and solutions around the user alignment with ABERTAY strategic goals.

• Specific experience as a business analyst in complex organizations, ideally through the entire project life cycle of discovery to benefits.
• The ability to plan and facilitate discovery activities (workshops, interviews, and observations) has been proven to clarify problems, scope, restrictions and success standards.
• Experience of mapping as it is and the design of the process to Be (such as BPN/UML), and the leadership of the service/measurable process.
• Maher in developing, analyzing and identifying priorities, giving functional and non -functional requirements and maintaining tracking from one side.
• Strong cooperation skills, work with technical and commercial teams and suppliers to form possible options and documents decisions.
• The ability to design and coordinate user acceptance test (UAT), and support planning for transition and delivery to work as usual (Bau).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge and build consensus.
