This is a full -time job

UTA seeks to support the music agent in our office in London. The assistant will have a previous experience for at least two years in helping high -level reservation agents, work with artists, registration marks, talent managers, round managers, advertising, and concert promoters as part of daily administrative work.

You will be responsible for contacting commercial affairs, accounting and other internal departments. You will support an agent in the UTA London Music Department, and the responsibilities include contracting with the show, buying ticket sales for contracts contracted, contacting customer managers regarding some exhibition and/or shows offers, preserving artists’ display notes, and buying settlements in performances.

What will you do:
It will include your responsibilities, but not limit to:
• Keep updating the reservation system at all times
• Table of the agent’s meetings, while maintaining reservation schedules and notes
• Resolve the inquiries in a proactive, or escalate as necessary
• The contract appears accurately, quickly and effectively
• Checking and comparing costs, and gathering for management
• Helping customer management to understand Gross out out in a tour / explanation of information / taxes and other discounts
• Marketing – Dealing with technical works, collecting and explaining the marketing plans and summaries, asset management and public relations, and keeping pace with.
• Advertising schedules – The assembly advertising dates for the main shows and festivals, and the provision of ticket links and age restrictions
• Verify tickets F Igors and send to management
• Maintaining contact details in the promoter and men, and sending business conditions to promoters and new customers
• Maintaining customer information so far, including issuance dates, naming, management and account information
• Festival and materials for displaying guests, helping management/communications with requests
• Collecting support suggestions from ROM agents and submitting to management
• Working with artists accounting teams to ensure that taxes are imposed appropriately
• Maintaining the account of all funds for offers and chasing DEP OSITS/payments when needed
• In order and managing the F Rom Management / Accounts Team
• Husts and verifying the settlement and payment, and approval of the inal settlement data with the artist
• Helping the administration in immigration needs, such as F I
• Keeping the cyclists and information, and communicating with the tour of the tour to help the progress sequence
• Attending offers as required, and developing labor relationships.

What you will need:
• At least two years previous experience helps a perfect agent in the music department at the Talent Agency
• The general understanding of the current music industry and the nature of the talent agency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
• The estimated authority at all times, especially when dealing with the customer’s sensitive issues
• The ability to give priority to crowded work
• The ability to develop labor relationships
• The previous IELD experience is desirable
