We are now looking for a teacher’s success teacher to join our progressive academic team – someone has a teacher’s heart and mentality of the coach.

a contract: Part -time, permanent

salary: 3 days: 22,800 pounds – 26,400 pounds, 4 days: 30,400 pounds – 35200 pounds

This is a part-time location (3-4 days a week) and the weekend will be required for this role because we open 7 days a week.

What will you do?

As a success teacher for students, you will play a major role in forming students’ trips. It will provide pre -emptive academic support, work as a personal teacher, and work cooperatively with student services to help each learner succeed. This is not only about teaching – it is about a transformation.

Main responsibilities:

• Delivery 1: 1 and the small group of academic support across the fields of topics.
• Working as a personal teacher, helping students define smart goals and track progress.
• Use data (for example, attendance, assessments) to identify students at risk and intervention early.
• Directing students to relevant services (luxury, professions and academic assistance).
• Maintain clear records of interventions, progress and results.
• Enhancing a comprehensive, reflective educational environment and focusing on growth.
• Providing regular reactions stimulating, building confidence, and improving drive engines.

requirements

What you will bring

necessary:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (for example, business, fashion, hospitality, management).
• PGCE (or work for him) or an equivalent educational qualification.
• The experience of teaching or supporting learners in higher or higher education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The position of the first student and cultural awareness.
• Introduction with learning management systems and student support tools.

• Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Diverse and international student group support experience.
