ABT Global seeks to obtain a highly qualified individual to fill the role of the prominent grant manager, accelerated fortification and reinforcement of the AIHSS2 health system on the PGH (PHT). This role is adopted in Port Morsby, Papua New Guinea.

About the program

Moving to Png Australia to Health (Path) is a 6-year health program (2020-2026) funded by the Australian government under Papua New Guinea-Australia for development. Path works with the PNG government to improve coverage and quality of health services for PNG members through effective, fair, effective and comprehensive interventions.

The Ministry of National Health (NDOH), the provinces of the provinces (PHAS) and the Ministry of Health in Bouoh are responsible for providing health services all over the world to Benas.

Path Ndoh, Phas and BDOH helps to enhance health services providing systems that target infectious diseases, childbirth, mothers and newborn births, focusing on enhancing women’s leadership.

The end of the investment results (EOIO) is:

1. PHA is more able to lead health reform in provinces and manage effective, effective, fair and quality health services in selected provinces.
2. DFAT health services show effective and effective models for providing services, which affects the performance of the District Health Authority (PHA); Building sustainability by moving to the PHA administration in selected provinces.

The intermediate result of Path (IO) is: PHA leadership, women in driving and health care.

Path is a local program, adaptation, and politically enlightened and seeks to maintain flexibility to respond to the changing and local conditions over the life of the program.

About the project

AIHSS2 is a 4-year program (2024-2027) funded by the governments of Australia, New Zealand and Javi, the vaccine alliance. Aihss2 aims to increase access to quality and health services at reasonable prices and enhance health systems. AIHSS provides support to the regional health authorities (PHAS) and the BDOH (BDOH) to improve access to routine fortification services (RI) and increase fortification coverage for the target population.

Aihss2 will be delivered through the track program. Path, a founding program will be presented by ABT Associas, Contracting, Contracting Control, and Officer Support for AIHSS2.

About the opportunity

Work closely with the lead, First grant manager, aihss2 will:

• Actual and efficient comprehensive grant management management for a number of grant agreements via AIHSS2 provinces;
• Prisoners for support (PHAS, BDOH and Officed Services Providers (ISPS) to achieve the goals and goals set under the AIHSS2 program, according to the agreed grant agreements;
• Manage the relationship with the afflictions and the beneficiaries of those granted to monitor and manage the requirements of the pre -award, implementation, risk management, and reporting requirements, including facilitating the support of targeted technical capabilities as needed by technical partners; and
• Work cooperative and coherent with a wider path operating units including but not limited to, PA’s support program, grants, legal teams, compliance and safe guard.

About you

To see requests, A response to the main selection criteria must be provided below.

• Related postgraduate qualifications in public health or relevant field;
• More than six years of the roles of program management and grants in international, community or humanitarian development programs or the health sector;
• A strong and strong understanding of the comprehensive grant management course, including a clear understanding of GEDSI principles and how to apply them to help and evaluation;
• A strong, clear understanding of the monitoring, evaluation and performance of the program, including the experience provided to report qualitative and quantitative progress against the framework of monitoring and evaluation;
• Excellent analytical skills, including donor, government, and permissible reports, for the masses of internal and external interest;
• Experience in wide coordination, facilitation and capacity building for internal and external stakeholders; and
• Excellent skills between people, negotiating and managing relationships with results installed in working with external stakeholders, and officials to achieve results.
