The FX & Treasury Operations Manager will ensure that we nominate us Competitive, effective and compatible foreign exchange operations During the construction of our cabinet operations.

Responsibilities

• Fx trading and price management

  • Negotiating and securing foreign exchange differences better with partner banks/liquidity providers.

  • Watch the FX daily exposure and implement deals to improve costs.

  • I hedge strategies implement related.

• Treasury and settlement operations

  • Supervising background payments, including daily settlement, settlement flows, and exceptions.

  • Make sure the smooth cabinet movements through multiple currencies and accounts with the partner and other PSPS bank.

  • Coordination with financing to predict cash flow and liquidity management.

• Align risks and compliance

  • FX monitoring, liquidity and operational risks; Suggest mitigation measures.

  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure that all FX/Treasury OPS regulatory standards meet.

• Operation and building the system

  • Partner with product/engineering to improve FX price engines and rear OPS tools.

  • Determine and implement the unified operating procedures for treasury and trade.

  • Continuously improve efficiency, expansion, and accuracy of settlement processes.

What are we looking for

• 5-8 years in FX Trading, Treasury Ops, or Wedments Treasury (PANK, Fintech, or PSP Favorite wallpaper).

• A strong understanding Border payment flows, foreign currency markets, and settlement mechanics.

• Practical training in running Treasury and reconciliation stocksNot just the level of politics.

• A strong analytical mentality; Experience in working with liquidity providers, liquidity, and banking partners.
