The main purpose and job
After the working hours, public works will perform a wide variety of complex religious works, including: handling public work calls; Send crews and equipment; Responding to public emergency calls after regular working hours; Control access, direct visitors to their destination; Using Hansen Call/Labor Management System to register calls, work record, send and summon work sets, and enter data including entry time salaries.

After working hours, public works will carry out his duties with relatively small supervision and asks to make decisions based on the knowledge of the policies and procedures of departments and the city.

Successful candidates must have a large degree of flexibility to meet the operating requirements that take 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including the ability to work overnight, weekends and legal holidays on a basis in advance and short short. The transformations depend on a 8 -hour working day and may include 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, or 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.

Specific duties and responsibilities

• Search and providing complex and accurate interest information from the maps of the facilities, external utilities, GIS, Vanmap and Hansen to the crews and the public upon request.
• Monitor reporting, reporting, responding to water, sanitation, motivation, fire and other system warning devices.
• Maintaining and updating registration systems.
• Respond to the phone and send the crews.
• Conducting SAP data to enter salaries, costs and bills.
• Providing communication from mobile phone users to sub -offices, city hall and other public agencies as required. Helping police, fire and relevant departments under emergency conditions.
• Wide handling with employees and the public.
• Text processing, duties of spreadsheet and database as required.
• Create and maintain offices files.
• Other relevant work performance as required.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• End of grade 12, including or is completed by mapping courses, MS Office programs, other standard software courses, or a combined combination of education and experience.
• A great relevant written experience working with computerized records saving systems, as well as excellent digital skills with good attention to details, the effective keyboard and the ability to enter accurate data.
• Preference will be given to the candidates who have the previous public works and the operator’s experience

Knowledge, skills and capabilities:

• A great knowledge of applications like MS Word, Access and Excel.
• It is preferable to know OMS, Vanmap, Engis, SIS, Hansen and SAP or reward programs
• Good organizational skills to deal with heavy work burden, show the ability to deal with size with final dates and frequent interruptions and change priorities.
• Problem solving skills, personal communication skills and communication are excellent.
• Some experience in entering the salary time, payment accounts and allocating activity in SaP;
• Experience in the use and operation of maintenance/assets management systems such as Hansen, proper knowledge of underground facilities and the knowledge of operating work for street maintenance, traffic crews and underground facilities.
• The ability to maintain work motives on its own.
• The presence of good importance.
