You are suitable for weaving if you are enormous engineer. This means that you stop at anything to achieve your goal. We do not care much about your current skills or even what you did before; We care that you will be able to do anything you put on.

You should also be practical. Weaving is the startup, so there is something that always burns. You need to know when to allow small burning fires and when it is separated from an extinguisher.

You should be a good engineer committed to become a great engineer. The slope is more important than Y.

You should be sympathetic. We build products for other people, so you have to be able to understand how others think and why.

You should take care of the help of other software engineering teams that are great. If this is not an exciting task for you, it will be difficult to remain enthusiastic through the unavoidable highlands and declines.

It should be excellent communication. You will work on a product that communicates with millions of engineers and leaders, so you should be clear.
