We are looking for a game designer to help build a vertical slice of the last call, which is the Sim-Fi-Fi-Partnding game. The goal of this is to take an essential idea, form it in its most attractive forms, and distract that vision into a 10 -minute slice that takes fun and shows what can become the full game.
It will join early and take a point on how to run, learn and develop. There are directive topics and ideas on the table, but nothing is sacred. Your mission is to test the challenge, challenge and sculpting the most convincing version of the episode. You will work closely with engineering and production to determine the player’s imagination, draw confrontations, set speed, and cut off what is not landed. Your decisions will constitute every construction.
Responsibilities
- Determine and maintain the pillars of the design and the player’s imagination
- Cooperation with the narration to Map Events and the integration of Story Beats into the game episode
- Design and balance of resource flow, reward structures, and difficulty scaling
- Form on board the plane with the UX user interface to make players “first success”
- It reduces calls early and suggests simpler versions that maintain the basic intention
- Maintaining a single page of the truth of the truth, episodes and changes
- Use Playtest Feedbook and Remote measurement to verify the authenticity and refinement of design options
Perfect profile
- I have shipped a small game or vertical slice and know how to balance the range with pleasure
- You can explain an episode in one sentence and support it with standards or test results
- You are strong in systems design, but it is wide enough in UX and the content flow to direct the slide
- Enjoy the primary models or gray structures and you can access a testable version quickly
- You write clearly and can paint flows or facades that aim to clear
