In the southern part of the island, the highest point, Pico De Principe, is about half the peak of the Pico de Sao Tome, shy of 1000 meters. He shares remotely and not reaching the road and we did not even see that the weather remained cloudy during our stay for 3 days. As I mentioned in my previous message, Principe has less than 5 % of the country’s total population, the combined islands, which are less than 10,000 people. The investor has invested $ 100 million to develop 4 luxury resorts, which is related to everything to operate the local tourism economy (there may be some rooms for reservation in Santo Antonio). If not in this industry, people live from agriculture on farms, or hunting (see the following job). As in Sao Tommy, they speak Portuguese, and they work hard to learn some English.

But not all the roads are beautifully paved in this way, some of them are dirt roads and turned my first epic streams due to the heavy rains that turned such remote roads into slippery clay if the lakes were not … from Sundy ran to the smallest capital of the world, Santo Antonio, then to the south, towards disappointing pipette.
