The Netflix Contract and Technology Management Team is a team of contract managers and projects who provide effective and effective deals, calibration risks and negotiation support for contracts for companies, studios, games and products. Responsibilities
• Cooperation with a team of lawyers and contract managers to assist the Netflix products and Technology team in managing sellers agreements around the world
Drafting contracts and negotiations on sellers agreements, including data processing agreements and safety requirements
• Cooperation with internal business customers and employers
• Improving and supporting the contract and workflow systems; Create and maintain information about our internal legal portal
• Support all areas of the legal team for products and technology as needed, including new topics outside the field of experience and private projects

requirements
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience as semi-legal transactions, contract negotiating or contract analysts, working in the company in a law firm or office
• Great experience in reviewing contracts, structuring and drafting, as well as negotiating commercial agreements and complex technology
• Experience with (A) Photo entertainment production, or (b) The area of ​​the production seller is plus
• Strong mastery with sellers agreements, especially cloud service agreements/Saas and creative software licenses are plus
Experience with contract database systems and/or workflow systems

Our compensation structure consists of only an annual salary; We do not have rewards. You can choose each year from the amount of compensation you want in salary options for stock. To determine the summit of your personal compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific function family, your background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market. The range of this role is $ 130,000 – $ 250,000.
