Lapa Group He is looking for a senior recruiter to join our global team. In this role, it will act as a consultant for strategic talents while also communicating with sources, managing pipelines and improving the process.

This is a full -time situation.

Basic responsibilities:

• Managing the full course for all roles within the LABA group;
• Young counselors.
• A partner closely with department heads to predict the needs of employment and determine the priorities of requests;
• Special vacancies, pipeline strategy, sources, examination, and display management;
• Implement and refinement of employment, tools and best practices;
• Monitor and analysis of the main recruitment keys and standards.
• Paying an exceptional candidate experience from the first to the final stages of the operation;
• Help with the integration and improvement of ATS systems; Ensure that the recruitment course stages are clearly, consistent and measurable;
• Contribute to the brands initiatives for employers in cooperation with the jobs concerned.

Basic skills and experience:

• 4+ years of comprehensive experience in employment;
• Successful has been proven in recruitment for multiple functions (for example, production, marketing, sales, etc.);
• Management of powerful stakeholders, negotiation, and influence on skills;
• Excellent communication, priority and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of resource strategies, interview frameworks, and evaluation techniques;
• Practical experience with modern ATS platforms and employment analyzes (preferably ATS, applicable).
