The King’s Health Partners is clinical trials (KHP-STO) is a joint initiative among the members of the King’s Health (Guy’s and Stomas’s Nhs Foundation, King’s College Foundation Trust, southern London and Maudsley Nhs Foundation Trust & Kings London).

It has been prepared to provide one interface for those who want clinical trials within partner institutions, and to ensure that there are common and effective operations to prepare and manage clinical trials.

About the role

We are looking for a very organized and enthusiastic clinical experience official. You will join the quality team, a friendly team of clinical research partners. The main purpose of this role is:

The quality team helped ensure that all the experiences or sponsored by partner organizations are conducted according to clinical experimental regulations and the KHP CTO SOPS.

Providing the supervisor daily and in support of the quality team to help researchers conduct clinical experiences sponsored by partner institutions to ensure their work according to quality standards.

Carry out file reviews and archiving the experiment documents for KHP-CTO.

The successful candidate will bear excellent organizational skills and communications and shows experience or ready to learn to save accurate records. All relevant training will be provided.

This is a full -time post (35 hours per week), and an unlimited contract will be submitted.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to get the following skills and experience:

Basic standards

  1. At the level of GCSE or its equivalent
  2. Creating to learn and work on local areas
  3. Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to define priorities and manage multiple tasks
  4. Excellent skills in dealing with others – wearing and capable of dealing with a wide range of people in an enthusiastic and useful way while they are able to maintain policies and regulations firmly.
  5. Problem solving skills – practical and flexible approach while preserving policies and regulations.
  6. Strong computer skills (mastered with MS Word and Excel and web -based applications).
  7. Experience obtained in the role of (role) of management, preferably either in the pharmaceutical industry or the preparation of clinical research, including a specific experience of managing clinical trials.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to show exceptional attention in detail.

Desired criteria

  • He received his education to the level of “A” or the level of degree and is preferred in the field of a related topic, such as life sciences or a clinical subject.
  • GCP know the full knowledge of local regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
  • Understanding the framework of research governance, ethics committee and the approval of the competent authority.
  • Understand medical terms and practice
  • Experience with archiving procedures.
